3. Send an inquiry about availability of accommodation
4. Book accommodation by payment in advance
5. Inform agency and the owner about possible arrival time
Private accommodation (apartments, holiday homes, rooms, villas)
Inquiry about availability can be sent directly on the page of specific accommodation or trough the email address of the agency. After the notice about availability of accommodation you can proceed with a booking procedure. The agency personnel will send you a quote for the advance payment in the amount of 25 % of a total booking amount. Once you decided to book accommodation you have to confirm reservation by payment in advance. The deadline for advance payment is 3 business days, in high season (01.06.-01.09.) is 24 hours. After the payment, the guest is obligated to send the agency confirmation paperwork of the payment made. The rest of the amount must be paid upon arrival directly to accommodation owner in cash.

The deadline for payment will be individually determined according to the business policy of the hotel.
After payment has been made, the guest is obligated to send the agency confirmation paperwork of the payment made.

After receiving a payment, the agency will send you a confirmation in the form of Voucher with all information about accommodation.
